We specialise in creating unique, personalised jewellery that perfectly reflects your style and story.

How It Works

1. Initial Consultation (Free of Charge)

   We begin with a complimentary consultation—either online or in person at our Amsterdam studio—to discuss your design ideas, budget, timeline, and material preferences.

2. Deposit & Project Confirmation

   To confirm your project, a deposit is required. The deposit amount depends on the complexity of your custom design.

3. Design Phase

   Once the deposit is received, we begin drawing your design. You may cancel the project before production starts, but please note that the deposit is non-refundable to cover the design work completed.

4. Production

   After you approve the final design, crafting begins. At this stage, material costs are committed and non-refundable.

5. Completion & Final Payment

   Once your custom piece is finished and ready for pickup or delivery, the remaining balance is paid in full.
